Fun spacious venue. Could definitely use some furniture updates and some of the rooms never had hot water. Aside from this, our group enjoyed ourselves and our stay. Communication was good and check in/out was easy.

Good place for our family reunion! Tons to of entertainment at the home. One shower didn't have a door, and another shower leaked so we were down to two showers, but we made it work.

The house has lots of space for a big group to get together. We would have liked the AC to work for the whole house, not just the back half; the 2 rooms in the front, the living room and dinning area stayed pretty warm, bordering hot during our stay. Those spaces wouldn't cool down unless the windows are opened and it's evening time. The bath tubs and shower space could use a deep cleaning to get rid of the mildew. There were a lot of cob webs inside the house, as well as the play area immediate outside the house. Once these issues are addressed, this property is good place to gather with a big group of people.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that kept it from being a great experience.The biggest concern was the condition of the furniture. The couch in the living room was broken, and one of the beds in the bedroom was also damaged, making it uncomfortable and giving the impression that the property is not being well maintained.Cleanliness was another disappointment. The home did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Several areas felt dirty, which made the space less enjoyable than we expected.The kitchen could also be much better equipped. There was a limited selection of pots, pans, and cooking utensils, making it difficult to prepare meals during our stay. Adding a wider variety of cookware and kitchen essentials would make the home much more functional for guests. The spa was another issue, it was not ready for us to use. That said, the host was very responsive throughout our stay and was helpful in providing local recommendations and answering our questions promptly. We appreciated their communication and willingness to assist.The property has potential, but it would benefit from better maintenance, a more thorough cleaning between guests, and a better-stocked kitchen. Addressing these issues would significantly improve the overall guest experience.
